We view the property on your behalf and record everything in an extensive photo and video report. We assess not only the property itself but also its surroundings, and ask the critical questions to the selling party — so you get a complete and honest picture from a distance.
How does a CasaScout request work?
You tell us which property (or properties) you have in mind. We arrange the viewing with the selling agent or developer, visit the property on your behalf and then deliver the full report with our findings and advice.
What does a CasaScout inspection cost?
A standalone CasaScout inspection is available from €1,200 excl. VAT. If you subsequently opt for full buying guidance, we will gladly discuss how CasaScout fits into that.
