Sleeps five, two bathrooms and a rooftop pool looking out over the Mar Menor. A ten-minute walk from Playa de Villananitos, the promenade and the mud baths of Lo Pagán.
This is not a third-party listing: the apartment is ours. You book direct, with no platform booking fees, and we meet you in person on arrival to let you in.
The living room has windows on two sides and opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped — fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, crockery, coffee machine and kettle — and there is a washing machine. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes; towels and bed linen are provided. Air conditioning throughout, plus heating for the winter months.
The building has a lift, free wifi and a shared roof terrace open all year: a pool with sun loungers and a hammock, a lawn to sunbathe on, a built-in barbecue with a sink and several dining tables. From up there you look out across Lo Pagán to the Mar Menor and La Manga. There is a pool hoist, and every floor is reachable by lift. Street parking is free and needs no reservation.

Lo Pagán sits on the northern shore of the Mar Menor, right beside the Las Salinas nature reserve. From the apartment it is ten minutes on foot to the beach and the promenade, with the well-known mud baths just around the corner.

Prices are per night for the whole apartment, including water, wifi, towels and bed linen. There is no minimum stay — a few nights is fine.

A week at the low rate therefore comes to € 1,225 including cleaning; a three-night long weekend to € 625.
What is within reach from the apartment — and where we like to go ourselves.
Five at most. A double bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There are no extra beds or cots.
No. A few nights is fine. Do bear in mind that the cleaning fee of 175 euro is a one-off, which makes short stays more expensive per night.
At the low rate a week comes to 1,225 euro including cleaning; at the high rate 1,330 euro. The 300 euro deposit is separate and is refunded after departure.
Playa de Villananitos is about 850 metres away, a ten-minute walk. The Lo Pagan promenade with its terraces and the mud baths is the same distance.
Yes, on the roof of the building, open all year. Alongside it are sun loungers, a hammock, a built-in barbecue and several dining tables, with views over the Mar Menor as far as La Manga. A pool hoist is available.
Yes. Street parking around the building is free and needs no reservation. Region de Murcia airport at Corvera is 41 kilometres away and Alicante-Elche about 95 kilometres. The San Javier airfield nearby no longer handles scheduled flights.
No, pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, nor on the balcony or terrace.
We meet you in person at the apartment, between 15:00 and 21:30. Beforehand you receive a link to our digital welcome form where you enter the details of every guest; that is a legal requirement for tourist rentals in Spain.
The apartment is registered as a vivienda de uso turistico in the Region de Murcia under number VV.MU.6182-19.
