Buying a Home at Roda Golf

Golf, pools and the Mar Menor around the corner — a gated resort with a village centre of its own.
Fifteen minutes from our office.

Why Roda Golf?

Roda Golf & Beach Resort lies just outside Los Alcázares, a stone's throw from the Mar Menor. It is one of the best-maintained resorts on the Costa Cálida: an 18-hole course with a strong architectural reputation, its own plaza with restaurants and shops, several communal pools, sports and padel facilities, and a secure, largely traffic-free layout with a great deal of green space.

The resort attracts an international mix of golfers, winter residents and rental investors. From our office in San Pedro del Pinatar we are there within fifteen minutes — we know the different phases, the build quality block by block, and the real difference between an apartment on the fairway and one at the edge.

Living at Roda Golf

Golf of real quality

An 18-hole course that ranks among the best maintained in the region — with an academy and full practice facilities.

Its own plaza

Restaurants, a supermarket and services inside the resort: you do not need to leave the gates for everyday life.

Secure and traffic-free

A gated resort with generous green space, pools and walking paths — popular with owners who leave the property empty for periods.

Mar Menor and beach nearby

Los Alcázares and the waters of the Mar Menor are minutes away, and Roda operates its own beach club concept.

The property market at Roda Golf

Supply at Roda consists mainly of apartments and penthouses in low-rise blocks around the course, supplemented by townhouses and a handful of villas. The differences lie in the phase, the orientation and the outlook: a south-facing penthouse on the fairway is a different product — and a different price — from a ground-floor apartment on the inner side.

On any resort, the community fees matter. Pools, landscaping and security cost money, and those charges differ by phase. We set purchase price and monthly costs side by side so you have the full picture before you make an offer.

How we guide you at Roda Golf

We are not connected to the resort or to any developer: we act entirely on your side. We compare what is available inside and outside the resort, obtain the community fees and reserves, check the legal position and negotiate in your interest. Cannot travel yourself? With CasaScout we view on your behalf, with a full photo and video report. Read more about our buyer’s guidance on the Costa Cálida and our step-by-step process & fees. Frequently asked questions about Roda Golf

Do I have to join the golf club if I buy at Roda?
No — property ownership and golf membership are entirely separate. You can pay green fees per round or take a membership; we will set out the current options for you.
What are the community fees at Roda?
They vary by phase and property type, depending on the pools, landscaping and security attached to your block. We obtain the exact figures and the community's reserves before you make an offer.
Is Roda suitable for letting?
The combination of golf, pools and proximity to the Mar Menor makes Roda popular with tenants. Tourist letting requires a Murcia region licence; we check what is permitted both for the property and by the community association.
How far are the airports?
Murcia-Corvera is roughly 25–30 minutes away and Alicante-Elche roughly 50. Roda sits close to the AP-7.
