Buying a Home in San Pedro del Pinatar

Between the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor — with our own office in the middle of town.
Nobody knows this place better than we do.

Why San Pedro del Pinatar?

San Pedro del Pinatar is the northernmost coastal town in the Murcia region, with an unusual position between two seas: the Mediterranean on one side and the shallow, warm Mar Menor on the other. It is a genuinely Spanish town that lives all year — a busy centre, a weekly market, a working fishing harbour, and the Las Salinas y Arenales nature park with its flamingos and mud baths.

For us this is not a search area on a map: our office is in San Pedro del Pinatar. We know every neighbourhood, which streets are quiet and which blocks are well managed — and we see what properties here actually sell for rather than what they are listed at.

The property market in San Pedro del Pinatar

The market here is varied: apartments near the beach at Lo Pagán, new-build projects on the edge of town, Spanish town houses in the centre and villas in the quieter outer neighbourhoods. Compared with the southern Costa Blanca, price levels are generally friendlier while amenities are more complete than in many purely tourist resorts.

Because we keep an office here, we often hear first which properties are coming to market — sometimes before they reach the portals at all. That local network is precisely the advantage of using a buyer's agent who actually lives in the area.
