Buying a Home in Torre de la Horadada

The coastal gem of Pilar de la Horadada — coves, a small marina and the historic watchtower.
Small, sought after, and a few minutes from our office.

Why Torre de la Horadada?

Torre de la Horadada is the coastal village of the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, named after the sixteenth-century watchtower that still stands above the shoreline. With its sheltered coves, small marina, wide sandy beaches such as Playa de las Higuericas and a relaxed, family atmosphere, it is one of the best-loved spots on the southern Costa Blanca.

Where many coastal towns have been built up with high-rise, Torre has managed to hold on to its village character. That is exactly why supply here is relatively scarce — and why knowing early what is coming to market is worth a great deal. Our office is a few minutes' drive away.

The property market in Torre de la Horadada

Supply in Torre de la Horadada is more limited than in the larger resorts — and that scarcity is exactly what keeps demand high. You will find detached villas near the beach, apartments with sea views and modern new-build projects on the edge of the village. Front-line position and walking distance to the beach strongly determine price here.

Because of that scarcity, the best properties often go under offer quickly. As a buyer's agent based locally, we hear early what is happening and can move fast: viewing, checking and negotiating before the opportunity disappears.

Frequently asked questions about buying in Torre de la Horadada
