Beach life on a village scale, among the palms and pines — the best-kept secret of the southern coast.
A few minutes from our office.
Mil Palmeras — 'a thousand palms' — is the southernmost beach village on the Costa Blanca, within the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada. It has exactly what many buyers say they want and rarely find: a wide, child-friendly sandy beach, low-rise housing among palms and pines, a handful of good beachfront restaurants — and no high-rise blocks or nightlife strips.
It is a place where Spanish families have spent their summers for generations, joined more recently by a growing group of international buyers who value the calm and the human scale. Our office in San Pedro del Pinatar is a few minutes away: this is our immediate working area, not a location on a map.
A wide, gently shelving Blue Flag beach — ideal for families and for anyone looking for quiet.
Low-rise, green and easy to navigate: Mil Palmeras feels like a village rather than a resort.
Loved by Spanish families and international buyers alike, which gives it a relaxed, authentic atmosphere.
Small-scale in itself, but Pilar de la Horadada, Torre de la Horadada and San Pedro are all a few minutes away.
Supply in Mil Palmeras is limited and sought after: apartments within walking distance of the beach, townhouses in green urbanisations and the occasional villa. Modern new-build on the edges absorbs part of the demand. Front-line property is scarce and holds its value exceptionally well.
As in Torre de la Horadada, good property here moves fast. With a sharp search profile and our local network we make sure you are at the table early — and we check everything legally before you commit to anything.
From search profile to notary we act entirely on your side — never the seller’s. We compare the whole market, check the legal position and negotiate in your interest. Cannot travel yourself?
