1Promoter and nature of the promotion

This prize draw is run by AnaCosta Property Finders, hereafter "AnaCosta". It is a small promotional prize draw under the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games and serves solely to promote AnaCosta's services. The total prize value is under €4,500. No licence is required.

By entering, entrants accept these terms unconditionally.

2Entry period

The promotion runs from Friday 14 August 2026, 00:00 to Wednesday 30 September 2026, 23:59 (Central European Summer Time). Entries received outside this window are not included in the draw.

3Who may enter

• Anyone aged 18 or over with a residential address in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
• Entry is free. There is no purchase requirement and no stake is charged. Any internet costs are the entrant's own.
• One entry per person and per email address is valid. Where several are received, only the first counts.
• Employees and business partners of AnaCosta and members of their households are excluded.

4How to enter

Entry is solely through the form at anacosta.nl/en/win-spain. You provide your name, email address and country, and accept these terms.

Entry has two steps: you follow AnaCosta on at least one of our channels (TikTok, Instagram or Facebook) and you complete the form. Following is free of charge.

Each channel you follow counts as one entry in the draw, up to a maximum of three per person. The number of registrations remains one per person; only your chance in the draw increases.

We check that the winner meets this condition. If they do not, the entitlement lapses and we draw again. Unfollowing after the draw has no consequences.

Signing up for our emails is optional and entirely separate from your chances of winning.

AnaCosta may exclude entries where fraud, automated entry or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

5The prize

The prize consists of:

• three consecutive nights for a maximum of two people at the Aldea del Sol apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar;
• a welcome package of local produce;
• personal recommendations for the area from our office in San Pedro del Pinatar.

The estimated total value of the prize is €398.

Not included: flights, transfers, car hire, tourist tax, meals, insurance and all other costs. These are the winner's own.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, swapped for an alternative, or transferred to a third party without AnaCosta's written consent.

The optional house-hunting morning is a voluntary extra. It forms no part of the prize, is not included in its value, and the winner is under no obligation to accept it.

6Selecting the winner

The winner is drawn impartially from all valid draw entries on Saturday 3 October 2026. Entrants with more than one entry have a proportionally greater chance. There is one winner; two reserves are appointed at the same time, in order, in case the entitlement lapses.

The winner is notified within two working days at the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within fourteen days, the entitlement lapses and a new winner is drawn.

The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7The stay

• Dates are always arranged with us. The apartment is also let commercially; periods already booked are not available.
• The winner gives at least three preferred periods. The booking is confirmed only once AnaCosta has agreed it in writing.
• The stay takes place outside high season and must be taken before 31 May 2027, after which the prize lapses.
• The apartment sleeps a maximum of two people. Pets are not permitted.
• The winner observes the house rules and the statutory guest registration requirement. Photo identification is required on arrival.
• The winner is liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
• In the event of circumstances beyond our control — damage, sale of the apartment, government measures — AnaCosta may offer an equivalent alternative.

8Tax

Any gaming tax payable on the prize is borne by AnaCosta. The winner has nothing to declare or pay in this respect.

9Personal data

AnaCosta processes your name, email address and country in order to run the promotion: the draw, notifying the winner and arranging the prize. The lawful basis is performance of the contract created by entering.

Details of entrants who do not win are deleted no later than three months after the draw, unless you have indicated that you would like to receive our emails. In that case we keep your email address until you unsubscribe, which takes one click in any email we send.

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data. Write to hola@anacosta.es. Further detail is set out in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10Announcing the winner

We like to announce who has won. We do so only with the winner's prior consent, and only with first name and town. Photographs or video of the winner are published only where they separately agree. Declining has no effect on the prize.

11Social media

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok, and is not associated with those platforms. Please direct any questions or complaints solely to AnaCosta.

12Liability

AnaCosta is not liable for loss arising from entering the promotion or from use of the prize, save in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nor is AnaCosta liable for failures of the network, the website or email that prevent an entry from arriving.

AnaCosta may amend or end the promotion without stating reasons where circumstances require. Any such change is announced on this page.

13Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint about this promotion, write to hola@anacosta.es. You will receive a reply within five working days.

Dutch law governs this promotion.
