The lively coastal town beside the pink salt lakes — promenade, beaches and amenities that never shut for the season.
Plenty of choice, and enormous differences between one property and the next.
Torrevieja is the largest and liveliest coastal town on the southern Costa Blanca, sitting between the Mediterranean and two remarkable salt lakes — one of which, the Laguna de Torrevieja, is famously pink. The town lives all year round: a promenade that runs for kilometres, a working harbour, town beaches such as Playa del Cura and Los Locos, and every amenity you could need, from hospitals to shopping centres.
The flip side of that popularity is scale. The supply of property here is vast and the quality gap is wide. A dated apartment in a poorly run community and a bright corner property within walking distance of the beach can carry almost the same asking price — and be worlds apart. That gap is precisely where independent buyer's guidance earns its keep.

Promenade, harbour, town beaches and street life all year — Torrevieja is a real Spanish town rather than a seasonal destination.
Hospital, medical centres, the Habaneras shopping centre, international schools and public transport — all within easy reach.
The pink Laguna de Torrevieja and the La Mata nature park create a distinctive microclimate and some of the best walking and cycling routes on the coast.
One of the biggest international communities in Spain, with English-speaking associations, services and places to eat.
Torrevieja is above all an apartment market: compact studios in the centre, generous corner apartments along the promenade, and new-build on the edges of town and towards La Mata. Price levels are among the most accessible on the Spanish coast — but the build year, the condition of the block and the financial health of the community association largely decide whether a property is worth what is being asked.
Our work here is mostly about selection. We filter an enormous supply down to the complexes that are genuinely well run, test the asking price against what comparable properties have actually sold for, and check the legal position — so you are not paying to inherit somebody else's problem.
From search profile to notary we act entirely on your side — never the seller’s. We compare the whole market, check the legal position and negotiate in your interest. Cannot travel yourself?
